procrastination

first post in 2012! 

sometimes in my head, whenever I did rendering practices like these

I'd tell myself, 

you won't ever finish that

and I ended up not finishing them.

So I have tons of digital sketches that I never finish. 

just wishing won't really finish them.

a friend just finished his digital piece yesterday

for an online contest

I have a comic deadline in 6 days :(

I couldn't disagree more to people who say that if you want to make film just do it. 

the correct statement is, if you want to make stories, just do it. 

film is a whole different monster 

there is a lot of chemistry and people involved in making a film. It's not something you could do yourself. If you're not patient enough, you'll burn yourself even before you could dream of saying "action". Relationship and politics can make or break. 

that's why, before doing anything, it's better to be a good observer, while telling your stories some other way.

It's been a whole year since I updated at all, this year have been surreal for many reasons, and it doesn't seem like it's been a year at all.

this year has been good, and nice to me.

it seems like i have "found myself" and my niche. It's been there all along, only hidden in a pile of rubble that is my life in general.

I'm just trying to polish it because it's been under for quite some time. Should I use varnish? or metal polish? it's hard to decide these things.

so, after this and that, hope we'll meet again sometime soon.
